Delivery & Set Up

Delivered, styled and beautifully decorated before your guests arrive on the day of your sleepover.

We return the next day to pack it all up, leaving you with only happy memories! 

Set up takes no more than an hour and at least 30 minutes to pack it all up.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Your booking will be confirmed via EMAIL, once the terms and conditions are accepted, and deposit received 

You can cancel with full refund up to 7 days before your event 

You need to pay final balance and confirm numbers at least 7 days prior to event, otherwise you will be charge full booking as quoted  and agreed 

We are a Boutique small Business and we have allocated our stock to you 

Can I add additional Tepees?

Yes. Additional teepee tents (and inclusions) can be added for  any booking greater than X6 Teepees

$60 per teepee

Our most popular number is 6 but we have catered for parties between 2 and 12 guests​.

Can I decrease my booked  Tepees numbers ?

Yes, however only  up to 7 days prior to your event

Our mattresses are comfortable and come with mattress protectors.

 

What's included in our party packages?

Teepees include : Comfortable Foam Mattress, Cozy Blankets, Fitted Sheets, Towels, Breakfast Tray, Lights and Individualised styling to create that indoor glamping experience.

Guests will need to bring their own pillows, for hygiene reasons.

 

Do Teepeezzz Team Stay to host the party?

No sorry... however we do ensure everything is set up just as you need it.

How much space do I need?

Approx. 1.8mt long x 1.2 mt wide per Teepee. 

The tents can be arranged in many configurations to fit into most spaces. ​

How long is the hire period?

The hire period is typically overnight with collection the following day.

Do I need to supply power?

The fairy lights and lanterns are battery operated and do not require power.

Outdoor Belle Tent may require power depending what lighting you would like.

 

Do you offer custom parties and set ups?

Contact us to discuss plans or requirements tailored to suite your Child’s party.

This will include additional cost if we need to purchase extra props.

Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?

No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people.

Hygiene

All our material is thoroughly washed and sanitized after each party. Our team supervises the entrance and exit of each piece, ensuring that they will always be clean and scented, ready for the next party.

 

Health Safety / Covid Safety  

TPzzz comply with ALL Rules and restrictions for the Regional NSW Central Coast, that are in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We are guided by current Heath Directives as per the following Link on a daily basis: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/rules/limited-restrictions

Once equipment is delivered by TPzzz it is the full responsibility of the HIREE, to ensure their event is held in compliance with the Covid 19 Rules outlined by NSW Health, for the Date and Region of the event.

Our structures are safe, with sturdy materials, and the LED fairy lights have been carefully selected to avoid any hazards to the children. We use Battery Lanterns.
